Sergey Parajanov is one of the most prominent individuals contributing in the development of the Armenian cinema and the movie industry in general. He approached this field from a very surrealistic perspective, leaving a rich legacy of films, drawings and other art works that are presented in his memorial house museum. The movie named “The color of pomegranates” made him very famous not only in Armenia but also across the cinema world which was dedicated to the life of the greatest Armenian musician and poet of 18th centaury Sayat Nova.
